I am a dynamic skin therapist who has evolved her craft over a 20-year career in the beauty industry.  I have always had a passion for learning and discovering new technologies and methods to treat skin.

These days if you can call them hobbies is a deep desire to embrace self-discovery including fasting, ice baths, saunas and bullet coffee. Through biohacking and its many multi faccids in longevity and health. Understanding through one's journey how stress plays an important part in the ageing process and how we can take control of that before it does us. 

As a mother and a business owner I know all too well the importance of creating balance and also how important support for one another is.
